- STEP 1: Wash your hands before preparing the bottle.
- STEP 2: Sterilize all parts of the bottle (bottle, teat and screw cap) previously washed.
- STEP 3: Boil water in a container and let it cool to 40-45º. Pour the required amount of water into a sterilized baby bottle.
- STEP 4: Add the required number of level, uncompressed scoops of powdered milk. Use only the scoop included in the lid of the container.
- STEP 5: Close the bottle and shake vigorously.
- STEP 6: Check the temperature of the bottle (37º C) before giving it to the baby.
