- Boil water, let it cool to 50ºC and pour half of it into a clean baby bottle.
- Using the measuring spoon, pour the amount of powder according to the attached equivalence table.
- Close the bottle and shake immediately. Add the remaining water and shake again.
- Adjust the teat properly and check that the temperature of the formula is 37ºC.
