- Prepare the bottle just before giving it to the baby.
- Always wash your hands before preparing the bottle.
- Sterilize all equipment by boiling or using a suitable sterilization system.
- Add the exact amount (appropriate for your baby or recommended by your doctor) of mineral water at room temperature. If using boiled water, let it cool to 40°C.
- Carefully fill the Capricare scoop with powdered milk until it is level. Do not crush or overfill the scoop.
- Add the corresponding number of tablespoons to the warm boiled water.
- Close the bottle. Stir immediately and shake until the powder is completely dissolved.
- Test the temperature of the mixture by pouring a few drops on your wrist.
