I have psoriasis and a tendency to eczema, and this cream is the only one that has solved my problems, especially with psoriasis. I had one years ago on my ankle and this was the only thing that, after months, eliminated it in less than a month. For flaking due to these conditions, or when you have an allergy and it starts to get worse, forget about corticosteroids. I don't know why doctors don't recommend applying these products, which are much better than the ones they prescribe with so many side effects.
