How to use
- Up to 2 months: 1 heaping teaspoon (about 2.5 g) in 50 ml of water.
- From 2 to 6 months: 1 heaping dessert spoon (about 5 g) in 50 to 100 ml of water.
- Up to 1 year: 2 heaped dessert spoons (about 10 g) in 100 ml of water.
- From 1 to 8 years: 1 or 2 heaping tablespoons (about 20 g) in a cup or glass of water (200 ml).
- Over 8 years: 2 or 3 heaping tablespoons (about 40 g) in a cup or glass of water (200 ml).
