For Spoon Feeding: In a container (bowl or plate), mix 200 ml of the warm milk the baby usually drinks. Add 40 g of cereal (approximately 8 level tablespoons). Stir until you obtain a smooth texture.
For Bottle Feeding: Add 1 or 2 level tablespoons of cereal to a bottle of warm milk. Shake well until the mixture is homogeneous.
