- Wash your hands, wash the bottle, teat, and utensils you will be using, sterilizing them by boiling them in water for 10 minutes. Keep them covered until ready to use.
- Boil water and let it cool to a temperature of 40 or 45ºC. Pour the exact volume of water indicated in the feeding chart included in the container.
