It is recommended to do one of these two programs every month:
For use at specific times:
- Intensive monthly program: 1 vial per day with breakfast for 2 weeks per month, leaving a week of rest between them.
- For long-term use:
Monthly maintenance program: 1 vial per day with breakfast for 1 week per month.
Place the "opening cap" over the unit-dose cap. Press firmly until you hear two clicks. Remove the opening cap and mix vigorously. Unscrew and check that the foil is attached to the unit-dose cap before drinking.
