- Sunscreen: Apply the product liberally before sun exposure (approximately half a teaspoon). If the amount applied is insufficient, the level of protection will be significantly lower. Reapply frequently and liberally, especially after swimming, sweating, or toweling off.
- After sun : Apply after each sun exposure to the body and face, avoiding the eye area. Repeat application as often as needed. For maximum cooling effect, store in the refrigerator.
