1. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water whenever handling a baby bottle and sterilize all utensils for the first time.
2. Following the dosage chart, pour the amount of water into the bottle.
3. Measure each dose exactly using only the scoop inside and using the leveling tool on the container.
4. Add the corresponding number of level, uncompressed scoops to the bottle, following the dosage chart.
5. Cap the bottle and shake vigorously vertically for 10 seconds, until the powder is completely dissolved.
6. Test the temperature of the food before giving it to the baby. Once feeding is complete, discard any leftover food and clean all utensils used.
