Composition
Active ingredient: Bifidobacterium longum strain 35624. Excipients: corn starch, magnesium stearate, hypromellose.
How to use
- Adults and children 3 years and over: take 1 capsule a day, with or without food, at any time of day.
- It is recommended to take Alflorex as part of a lifestyle routine, whenever it is easier to remember to take it daily (breakfast, lunch or dinner).
- The capsules are formulated to be swallowed whole with water, milk, or non-acidic juices. If swallowing is difficult, the capsules can be opened and their contents mixed with cold or lukewarm food or beverages to be consumed immediately. Emptying the capsule contents into hot or highly acidic food or beverages is not recommended.
