      How to use

      • Take the contents of one sachet as needed, allowing it to dissolve slowly in the mouth.
      • In case of gastroesophageal reflux, it is recommended to take one sachet after main meals and another at night before going to bed.
      • In cases of heartburn and heaviness associated with digestive difficulties (dyspepsia), take one sachet after meals.
      • In all cases, if necessary, the dose can be repeated several times a day, even after a short time.

    I have reflux and have to take it every day. I have only had 1 box (20 sticks). So far, I haven't noticed much improvement; I hope it starts to take effect as I continue taking the second box. I thought it was liquid like the one I took before, but this one is granulated and has to be dissolved in the mouth (I don't like that). I am trying it on medical recommendation, and it is natural.
