Apply the balm in the morning:
1. Gently massage around the navel with increasingly wider circular motions in a clockwise direction.
2. Massage each breast with gentle, circular movements, avoiding the nipple area.
3. From the knees upwards, make movements with your fingertips and return to the knee with the palm of your hand. Focus on the outer part of the thigh.
4. Stand up and relax. Perform a massage very similar to the one you did on your thighs, starting at the top of your buttocks and moving down using the palm of your hand, then moving up using your fingertips. Repeat this 3 times in each area.
Apply the oil at night:
1. Apply a small amount of oil to slightly damp skin after showering or bathing.
2. Massage gently until completely absorbed.
3. Gently massage the belly using circular motions.
4. Massage the breasts with circular movements from the front to the sides. Avoid the nipple area.
5. Massage the buttocks with your fists using circular motions from the bottom up.
