When you're done pumping, pour the milk through the nipple hole into a container you prefer to feed your baby or store in the refrigerator.

We do not recommend wearing Elvie Curve while lying down, especially while sleeping.

Movement during rest can dislodge the product, and it should not be worn for long periods of time after you finish pumping.
