Ocuvite Lutein contains essential vitamins, antioxidants (vitamins C and E), minerals (zinc and selenium), lutein and zeaxanthin.

Lutein and zeaxanthin are carotenoids. Carotenoids are the yellow/orange pigments found in fruits and vegetables, particularly in dark green leaves such as spinach vegetables.

These carotenoids, antioxidant vitamins, and minerals zinc and selenium (as components of important antioxidant enzymes), are necessary for the operation of the antioxidant enzymes. Antioxidants are beneficial since they protect against damage caused by free radicals produced by oxidation. This metabolic process occurs continuously in our body.

Mode of use and dosage

One tablet twice a day.

Take tablets with some liquid during meals.
