Mix two measuring 30 ml slightly filled (50 g) with 500 ml (1 liter) of cold water.
Ideal for after workouts to help replenish glycogen.
Also can be eaten before the training or during prolonged exercise is done to provide a continuous supply of energy.
You can take up to 4 steps per day.
Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.
