Japanese peppermint essential oil has more potency than European mints.
It is indicated for internal use: flatulence, functional disorders of the stomach, intestine and bile, colds of the upper respiratory tract.
For external use: muscular disorders, rheumatic discomfort and neuralgia.
It is also indicated for external use to inhale in case of colds of the upper respiratory tract.
Contraindications:
Bile duct occlusion, inflammation of the gallbladder, severe liver disorders. Check with your doctor if you have gallstones.
For young children and infants do not use in the facial area, especially in the nose.

How to use:
Adults internal use: 2 drops in a sugar bowl or glass of warm water and take 1 to 3 times daily.
Adults external use: rub the area 3 times daily with 5 drops.
External use to inhale:
Adults and young people from 10 to 16 years: add 3 or 4 drops in a glass of hot water and inhale the vapor that forms.
Children from 4 to 10 years: add 2 or 3 drops in a glass of hot water and inhale the vapor that forms.
Children from 1 to 4 years: add 1 or 2 drops.
Children from 0 to 1 year: add 1 drop.
