Recommended daily dose: 10 ml 3 times a day, divided into the main meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The indicated daily dose of CEREGUMIL VITAMIX provides: 13.5 ml of a mixture of cereals and legumes, 15.9 ml of honey and sugar, 0.3 ml of calcium glycerophosphate, 0.35 mg of vitamin B1 (25% RDA), 0.4 mg of vitamin B2 (25% RDA). % RDA), 4.5 mg of vitamin B3 (25% RDA), 0.5 mg of vitamin B6 (25% RDA), 0.0375 mg of vitamin B8 (25% RDA), 0.00025 mg of vitamin B12 (25% RDA), 0.05 folic acid (25% RDA), 0.00126 mg of vitamin D (25% RDA) and 0.01 mg of selenium.
Ingredients in its composition:
Mixture of cereals and legumes (lentil extract (Lens culinaris), wheat (Triticum durum d.), Beans (Phaseolus vulgaris L.), barley (Hordeum vulgare L.), corn (Zea mays L), oats (Avena sativa L. ), water and ethanol (<3.5% w/v)), honey, sugar, calcium glycerophosphate, vitamin B1 (Thiamine Hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide), vitamin B6 (Hydrochloride of Pyridoxine), vitamin B8 (D-biotin), vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin), folic acid, vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) and selenium (sodium selenium).
