- Para ayudar a mejorar la apariencia de las estrías existentes, aplique Bio-Oil dos veces al día masajeando con las yemas de los dedos con movimientos circulares hasta que se absorba completamente. Use este producto por un período mínimo de tres meses.
- Durante el embarazo dé un masaje en abdomen, caderas, pechos, la parte inferior de la espalda y la parte superior de los muslos dos veces al día desde el inicio del segundo trimestre.
