Oil used to make frictions and inhalations.
It relieves the symptoms of colds, flu, plugged and stuffy nose, sinusitis, cough and hoarseness. You can rub in cases of muscular tension and headaches.
how to use
In the case of nasal congestion, apply 2 to 3 drops nose base, either by soaking a Hanky to bring it closer to the nose and breathe. Also it can be inhaled, putting 1 drop or more in hot water.
In headaches, gently massage the temples.
In colds, prepare gargle using 5 drops in a glass of water.
Muscle tension: apply drops directly into the affected area and massage.
